BIOR Rear Bumper - Will Factory Hitch Mount Below?

I got it shortly after the last update here. I have not attempted to do any towing and have not bothered trying to install the factory hitch. I haven't tried to do any cad (no chance I'll have that kind of free time anytime soon) , but I do trust that the bior bumper is as strong as that other hitch. Its location in reference to mounting points seems better than the hitch as well (more in line).
There are plenty of people who have done lots of towing with the BIOR bumper hitch, myself included. If there was an issue, we would've heard about it by now.
