Wouldn't you know that late last year when I had to replace my BFG 285/75R17 M/T's with the same make and size but going with an All Terrain instead of Mud Terrain, I could not find that size to save my life!! Not even the Mud Terrains. Nothing!!

Just for giggles, after a post I responded to earlier today, I thought I'd look again for those tires since it's been a while.
Lo and behold! They're available again!!! Even Amazon and 4Wheel parts has them!
Amazon product ASIN B07F6SW7RX
Now I'm thinking of selling my BFG 315/70R17 A/T's and getting the above.

So, anybody in L.A./Orange County/San Diego interested in slightly used (<10,000 mils??) BFG 315/70R17 A/T's?
They measure out to about 34.4" diameter. If the price is right, I may even deliver them to your door!
Not sure what to ask, so any suggestions what they should go for? There are 5 tires, the spare has zero miles, only about 6 months old and as mentioned above probably less than 10,000 miles. True and straight, no bad tire wear. Purchased from Costco.

I'd buy 'em, if I weren't 2000 miles away.

E rated? Nope.
Normally I would agree with you, but in this case the E rated tires are only about 2 pounds heavier than the C rated.

If I had the time for a road trip, but can't do that right now.
I was just in Moab last week, but that is little more than halfway anyway.

Weight be damned, it’s the piss poor ride quality vs C or SL.
I really prefer D as the sweet spot between ride, sidewall strength, and sidewall flex, but they're few and far between... Truth be told, my C's caused me some anxiety on a recent run that was basically 12 miles of loose, sharp rocks...
