Just wanted to warn all of you before you consider buying any parts from Cruiserparts.net, I have never experienced such poor Customer Service than from Cruiserparts...... First off I ordered a drivers front fender, Door, front bumper complete, and all drivers fender flares and seals...... The fender was rusted through on the bottom, The door was full of filler and rusty on the bottom, They never sent the seals, and still haven't, and now they wont even return my calls or e-mails (Craig) Oh and my Initial order was back on the last week of November... My Family has been in the Auto Salvage business for over 30 years, and this is not how you keep customers.... Oh well., I guess that's just part of having East Coast Values...

WOW, what a shame, they were definitely in my Rolodex for when I get around to doing some improvement projects (soon) to my 40! I hope this is an unfortunate "isolated" occurrence... But, I will have to source parts else where if that is the case...

Restart this thread in the right forum and I promise, you'll have lots of company.

I have made several orders in the past 6 months and all went very smooth. I wouldn't let one review sway you. What exactly is an east coast value?

My first order was my last order, about three years ago, once bitten twice shy.

I have seen the reports and stuck with them since it never really happened to me... Until now. More write ups to come on horrible service with email copies to prove it!! They are horrible.

I was with you until you threw in the unnecessary East Coast values statement.

Agreed, that blanket statement wasn't needed to bolster the argument, plus it basically covers Miami to Maine!

I was very puzzled by the east coast thing as well. Good way to alienate a huge number of members.

What is this East Coast values thing you speak of?

Just trying to find some humor in the whole thing, It was not directed towards any of you. Just joking about how that Ted Cruz guy said that about New York values, lol....And Trump ripped him a new one..

I live 30 minutes from cruiser parts. I even know several of these guys that work there by face! They truly do suck IMHO. I agree with the wrong forum but couldn't help but to pipe in! These guys have no dignity. James the owner claims to be a "religious" person but promotes and practices deception. Too bad they have such a large amount of market share. However bottom line is it is a used parts business and I sympathize with James because we as a cruiser community have higher standards and expectations than maybe some of the other special interest guys. I try NEVER to deal with these guys unless its a last resort as I too have had many unfortunate experiences. Oh Well one can only hope it changes rant over I feel better

Well said!
and... Ditto!
