No. The two pieces pictured are the driver seat's. My passenger foam is in very good shape. The upholstery shop told me no need to order the passenger side...

Hey brother, I’m curious... what day did you order your kit from LCH? I ordered on March 8th and I still haven’t received anything.

Captclose, I placed the order on April 9th. However I did Not order online. I called and placed the order over the phone. I spoke to Craig. He sent me the invoice the very next day and although he took my credit card number over the phone, I was not charged until me steering wheel was shipped out which was last Monday (21st). He called me before running my card. A very nice an smooth transaction. I'm surprised you don’t have yours yet. I would call them if I were you....

Ah sh!t... they’ve had my money for 12 weeks. I’ve emailed, PM’d him here on Mud, called and left voicemails, nothing but crickets. I’m about to grab a flight and visit them personally to collect 1500 dollars worth of skin pretty soon. Glad you got your order, that gives me a little hope that these guys aren’t complete crooks.

That's pretty strange. I've called multiple times, and was able to get them on the phone every time. Just to clerify, I ordered from Cruiser part. I think You mentioned you ordered from LCH right? Not the same place.

Ah okay... I thought you had said LCH. Now I’m back to feeling robbed.

What’s your first impression of the set? I’m going to re-read this thread to see if I missed any other details. I may just cancel my order, or disputed my credit card charge and order from the same place as you did.

Yeh, one of the reasons I didn’t go with LCH was this very reason. I read too many complaints here about them being a hit or miss when it comes to delivery.

First impression on my covers when I opened the air tight sealed packaging was the smell. It smelled like good quality leather. It feels very nice but the color is not an exact match. But I already was aware of that.

The upholstery shop told me they would be done with it on Friday. I'll post pictures and a full report when I get it back.

The covers finally arrived today along with the foams and the shifter.

Also noticed you got new foam. Did you source these from the same company?

I ordered new foam from SOR, but I’m a little disappointed in the product. I thought it would be the same high density molded foam like the OEM stuff, but it’s just regular foam that is cut, sculpted and pieced together. I’ll make a post about them in a bit. I searched before I bought them, but couldn’t find anything. I purchased their foam for my 60 and I was completely satisfied, but their 80 foam is not the same product.

Here’s some comparison photos. You can easily see the difference between the OEM foam and the SOR foam.

Yes I ordered everything from Cruiser Parts. The foams were a little pricey though. $220 for the bottom piece and $100 for the back. That's each side. That's $640 just for the foam if you get both seats. They look to be original equipment though.

Originally I had planned to recover the front seats of my 93 by going to a local upholstery shop with leather I bought myself from a tannery in Abu Dhabi, but every shop I went to said the leather was too thick. And I did not like the leather that the shops have on-site. Just looked kinda cheap. I'm pretty determined and I've been teaching myself leather work so .... I'm going to give it a try myself. This weekend I think I will head to the salvage yard and buy a driver's side for my '98 model 100 for about 100 bucks and I'm going to try to take it apart and duplicate the upholstery in my leather. Hopefully this will be an interesting project.

speaking of seat covers, does anyone make something other than leather. when its 115 in the shade here and you sit down and you can swear you smell bacon...

I picked up the truck today. It feels like a new truck. As I drove it back from the shop, just the contact with the new steering wheel and shifter, makes me feel like I am driving a new vehicle. Not to mention the new seat with the all new foam. The total was on the expensive side, but it was money well spent.
Attached are some before and after pictures.

Seats, wheel, everything looks incredible!

Pictures are worth a thousand words.

If I recall, you only bought new OEM foam for the drivers side, but the install shop fabricated new foam replacement for the passenger side? Any difference? Enough difference compared

I kinda thought when I did this I might buy new lower OEM foam, but contemplate having the install shop fabricate the seat backs. Thought that could be a cheaper alternative & the lower foam was most important.

What was the total break down on price for parts, install, foam, etc....
