Best place to buy Hoover parts?

I need to buy some new parts for our Hoover vacuum, and for the Hoover carpet cleaner.

I know what I need for the vacuum, but the carpet cleaner is a little more of a mystery... The carpet detergent is slow to drain from its reservoir. It is not cleaning too well, but we also moved to a house with new, but cheap, carpeting. So I am not sure if the carpet just sucks, and will not come clean, or if I need to replace the brushes? But the detergent slow drainage needs fixing...
