I'm looking for best, proven leather cleaner and conditioner for the seats, any suggestions based on experience? Don't prefer the types that leave seats shiny and oily. I'm currently leaning towards the products by The Chemical Guys. Thanks!

Lexus leather is coated with a polyurethane top coat. Leather conditioning is not needed. It won’t actually touch the leather. Clean with mild soap and water.

“Best” is obviously subjective. For pure conditioning, a hot summer day and some leatherique will work wonders when used properly. For deep cleaning there are lots of options. Chemical guys cleaner is good to use when paired with a leather brush and some patience. Once you have done your baselining with a deep clean and conditioning, I use a variety of products (whichever is closest) to maintain my seats but my current go-to is Optimum Leather protectant which leaves a nice finish and scent and is not oily or greasy like some other crappy store brands.

Let me know when you guys find it...previous owner had 2 kids and they were throwing feces at each other or something

For that I would suggest a stiff leather brush and some einszett deep plastic cleaner. Works wonders on trashed leather. Or if you have a buffer, a buffer brush head on slow speed with a good deep leather cleaner will work.

Simply wiping it with a microfiber and cleaner won’t do much or it’ll take forever. You need to use a brush for real results.

Here’s an example that isn’t quite as bad as yours but they’re Lexus leather seats that I did on a customer car years ago.

Wow. Those results are amazing.

Are you referring to the Leatherique rejuvenation for use during hot summer?

While it won't be like new you can get great results spraying "Tuff Stuff" on that, letting it sit for a couple minutes, scrubbing, and then wiping down with a wet towel. Mine looked awful after years of kids and I had impressive results with it.

Yes, leatherique rejuvenator used properly can yield good results. Spread on thick on a seat and let it sit in the sun on a hot summer day for the afternoon. The heat opens up the pores and lets it absorb the conditioner. It won't make them like new but will help a lot. On really bad seats, I'll use it several times over a few days.
