Does anyone have a good fuel pressure test kit recommendation (besides the extremely expensive SSTs)? Or links to adapters or what not that can play nicely with generic test kits? I've been looking online everywhere and I'm just not sure what to use.

This is for the 2UZFE, which I'm sure you all know doesn't have a built in pressure test port, so you have to remove the driver's side banjo bolt near the throttle body, and then screw in an adapter in order to test.

there are ports on the end of pipe both side facing the front.
There are endless options.
I installed a sender on each side, temp and pressure and a small screen on the dash panel.

before that I had a take off fitting on the banjo bolt with a QD male for a wet gauge pressure reading.
Thing with this is that while great for ease of use, it tells nothing but idle pressure/zero load. (unless you're on a dyno)

I believe the two rail ports are m14 1.5
and the crossover banjo bolt is m12 1.25 russell 640700 labeled as a honda take off.

That's what my ebay history says from 2020. No promises on sizing.

screen and senders here, I think they are cheaper now then when I bought them. I thought I spend 400$ on that set up. idk.
Certainly there are way cheaper and way more expensive options out there.

KISS:
I used old fuel lines end from filter to rail, and 03-up return line end fittings. To build a tap between fuel filter downstream end, and fuel line to rail attachment. For a no tool or gasket, quick connect. Make the job fast and easy, to move from vehicle to vehicle.

Cut off ends of old main line to rail from filter and return lines that wrap back of manifold. These where from an 4.7L (4run or GX) VVti engines I had parted.

I disconnect line from filter, and insert my tap.

I'm only using the gauge and dual manifold with schrader connector, from OTC kit..

I do replace the filters green clip.

I'm looking at replicating your plug in line, I bought the same OTC kit. I think I'd need to buy this part number to do it. Not easy to find 2uz's at wreckers where I live. Would this part number do it?
23271F is the right part for my 2UZ FE vvti 2007/8 200 series. I believe this tube if for the inlet before the pulsation damper. The other line to the right is the return after the fuel pressure regulator from my understanding.

If I got this I would cut it up and fit the dual manifold Schrader valve in there.

Should work, along with pipe nipple cut from old fuel filter. But, the cut fuel filter pipe nipple, is going to be short. Making difficult, to attach a hose.

Keep in mind. My setup, is not the factory service manual (FSM) set up. FSM uses a tool kit banjo bolt adapter, like one that come in the kit. I actually never check, to see if any banjo bolts adapter from kit, fits our fuel rail. They, require removing a vehicles, banjo bolt from fuel rail. Then replace two washer/gaskets, when reinstalling the vehicles banjo bolt.

Mine, is actually the return line from GX IIRC. The return metal pipe from fuel pressure regulator, that bolts to back of intake manifold. With the line with locking clip (23273C, but GX version), that plugs into return line. My setup, makes hook-up faster. Also repeatable without the need for new washer/gasket on fuel rail banjo bolt. Which works well for the many 4.7L vehicles I test.

I was considering just buying 23271F, cutting it in half, plumbing in the dual manifold Schrader, and just fitting the whole 23271F tube in by removing and refitting the
fuel pulsation dampener (23270). If I do that I gues I need to replace those gaskets (23232 and 23270B) each time I test.

I also wonder if I did that though, could I just leave that Schrader plumbed in permanently or am I risking messing with the system by doing that? could affect fuel flow i guess?

Can I ask as well, I have the FSM downloaded, but can't find the steps it documents on how to check fuel pressure or do a fuel flow test. Any pointers on how to navigate to the right place in the FSM to do those?

You've a downloaded FSM file, so it's digital. Use search function: fuel pressure.
I've not found a fuel flow test, for fuel pump. Just individual fuel injector test. Which wouldn't help, detrimin fuel flow to entire rail.

Looks good, I'll get one of those. So this would replace the pulsation dampener while doing the test is that right? If the pulsation dampener is disconnected, could that affect the test?
I guess I should also get some authentic crush washers for when its all done and I need to put the pulsation dampener back in its place.

Iin the FSM I got from an ih8mud torrent, theres no search function apparent to me. But my brain on the spectrum might be filtering out the obvious.
