My uneducated guess, is that when you had the impact, the bumper/front frame, pushed into the body and and caused the whole body to move and those bolts to bend.
If you are keeping the truck, I'd pull all the bolts out and see where the body sits on the frame/mounts after the tension/stress is off them. The front mount I am sure could be cut/straightened back into place.
From the pics, it looks like the hood and front bumper took the brunt of the damage. Front core support is probably twisted as well I am guessing.
I'd measure hub to hub (wheelbase) and see if both sides are at the same measurement. (I am guessing they are the same still).
Only real way to know is for a frame shop to put it on a rack.
