Bend OR to Yellowstone

I am going to take a trip with my 10 yr old son from Bend, OR to Yellowstone and then put him on a plane to go home from Boise. We have a week. We will start driving on Friday of this week out f Bend. We will plan on camping most of the time. Two questions:

1. Any advice on where to go or must do's. I have heard to get a guide for a day in the park to get a great overview.
2. Any fun off road driving trips with camping for a stock 100 with a winch?

I was planning on spending a little time in Jackson Hole coming or going as well. My son is very into animals so the more we see the better. Thanks.

You'll almost absolutly see some bison, I flew through the park with just a stop for food and a stop at ol faithfull, and saw probably 30-40 of them.

Great Trip

The trip was great. We saw Grizzlies with babies, elk, moose, bison, rattlesnake, wolves, etc... I took a ton of photos and made some great memories. It was time well spent with my son.

I also drove about 70 miles on dirt roads between Ketchum and Yellowstone. That was a lot of fun as well and we saw a lot of stuff on that drive.

Amazing Trip

We did the trip and it was amazing. I had never been to the area before and and was truely impressed. We spent a night in Sun Valley, a night at Petit Lake just north and then took back roads to Yelowstone. Did about 70 miles on dirt roads and that was great. Saw tons of animals on that section. Three nights in Yellowstone, one in Jackson, one in Boise and back to Bend. Covered roughly 2000 miles. Landcruiser is the best.

I will try to post some pictures if they are not too large.

Here is a test to see if I can get it small enough to show... I will take suggestions. I have photoshop

That did not work. - someone with Photoshop, how do I get it to show well when reducing from 6MB to 120KB? Just reduce the image quality as a JPEG?

Turn down the resolution of the pictures...

Just camp back from OR. Renting a cabin or tenting on Cape Blancos cliffs is a must. Being that far above the ocean is just awe inspiring...

I will be happy to post more but I have been short on time and ideas as to why I cant get the images small enough. It looks like it might start working...
