My Honey Nut Brown Ale has fully matured and it is excellent if I may say so. I like to have a bottle every day when I come home from work.

Seeing as Moose Droll is my favorite beer now, I am going to order a "Caribou Slobber" extract kit next. Anybody tried this stuff before? Does it taste like 'drool?

Either way, I can't wait to make some.

Andrew, I brewed the Caribou Slobber from an all grain kit a few months ago. In fact, I might still have one of them around if you'd like to try it. It turned out well. Of all the beers I've brewed, it was Greg's favorite, I believe.

We order all our kits from either Northern Brewer or Austin Homebrew, but I can't remember from which we got the Slobber. If I had to guess, I'd guess NB.

It is sitting on the Gov desk waiting for him to sign it. Hopefully there will not be any issues.

Has anyone tried the Belgian Trapist Ale Dubbel kit from Austin Homebrew? I think it is going to be my next batch.
