Good news its a tiny bathroom so wont hurt too bad. Bad thing is it put off my 40 idea for awhile.

We have not unloaded our house in memphis yet. We bought a cheaper house to hold us over for a few years
with the idea of renting it out after we get our s*** together to buy or build a longterm house. Well, the best laid plans.
