BBQ anyone?

I'm competing in the State BBQ Championship in March at Edisto Island. Could be a fun monthly meeting.

25th ANNUAL Palmetto BBQ & Brew Festival SOUTH CAROLINA’S STATE CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT March 20 and 21, 2009. Palmetto Plantation, Edisto Island.

The plantation is on the Edisto River.

Would love to come down but Rachel is "due " the 26th and Edisto is a little further than I can venture out for now. Good luck.

Not sure if it is on or not.....not heard anything from Marshall concerning the competition at Edisto. Could be a fun time.

You guys should check out the campground at the state park. Camping right on the beach and facilities are right there. Sites also have electricity and running water. Might be a good spot for the shrimp and crab boil this year. The would like it much better. The restroom / shower facility was the only complaint I heard about the whole event this year.
