I'm ashamed to admit I gave UGa so little hope I didn't even watch, took a nap to be up for the midnight running of the first F1 race (in Australia.) Oh ye of little faith.
Now I I have a busy afternoon with the remote: CU/UNC, UGa/Ark and Jr vs the world at Bristol

Yesterday was a good one; crackerjack Tigers v Duke, Ga won *twice* (wish I'd watched) and BMW 2nd in F1 with all six Ferrari powered cars DNFd.

Proud of my Tiggers. They played the Heels hard and well, the best team won. No shame in losing that one. Neutral crowd, neutral officiating, just out-classed but barely. A little more smarts under the boards, a little more poise from the three arc and they win. Difference I saw was Booker tight during the mid-game and blowing several gimme's at the hoop, Oglesby trying too hard, and Williams coaching a better transition game than they've shown Clemson before. If not for that they take it.

Congrats Steen. Hang in there and you can beat down Dook for us in the second round.

And if the Vols can regroup they can regain respect against UNC in the third, eh Nate?

Tigers had UNC on the ropes again. If we ever figure out that edge UNC is screwed. Big game vs Villanova coming up later this week.

My guys didn't make the Big DAnce, but they got a #1 seed in the NIT! GO HOKIES!
 
What a day! UGA was playing for their coach. Not many people have much hope for Dawgs BB and fans like Felton. He came into a mess, started the year with a mess and pulled out a weekend to remember. Good for him. He'll keep his job for that.

So, worst season in a while and we make it to the dance! Woohoo!

CU looked good. Seeing them on some darkhorse picks. Could make a nice run.

I love this time of year!

Football news is slow so I'll toss this up.
Good stuff for the Capt. at the top, little good and a little bad for David at the bottom.

If you dont want to read it I'll recap:
Capt - Luke Harangody = awesome player
David - USC has one of the 10 best point gaurds in the country
- bad news USC still sucks in basketball
 
You must have gotten your schools mixed up Clemson was in the Big Dance and they will be again this coming yr.

We will see. Clemson has a bad history of going to the locker room for the last 60 seconds of the game.:D
 
Theres a longer record of Tobacco Road Refs calling bs fouls and putting time back on the clock though. :flipoff2:

Kills me to say it but even with the Tim Tebow of NCAA hoops sidelined for a bit, they'll still maintain their preseason #1 spot with their returning roster, new kids and the love affair the press has with Carolina hoops.

Just hope Marshall hasn't heard yet or that he's at least off the interstate and out of the car before he does - I doubt it would be pretty if he got this news while driving 70+ mph. :D

It came out last night so he might already know...

Of course, no one wants to remember why this is likely a problem again now or how the genius messed it up in the first place... :grinpimp:
