Car wasn't starting consistently, narrowed it down to a faulty fuel pump. Changed the fuel pump, when I went to reinstall the Banjo bolt for the fuel line after changing pump, it leaks. Do I need a new banjo bolt and crush washers or can I just get some rubber orings to try to seal it?

You are supposed to change the crush washer, but I've seen where you can sand them lightly and reuse them.

Just had this issue myself, on my '94 4runner (3VZE). I tried to reused the crush washer and it didn't work. Dealer didn;t have them in stock so I got some from Amazon. They were the exact specs for inner/outer diameter but .5mm thicker. They worked like a charm though:

Just went to my Local Toyota Dealership. Got new crush washer and boom! fixed.

Yep, hard to 'crush' old crush washers. That's why we put new one's on. Good Job!

Do any of you happen to know the part number for this crush washer? My local Toyota dealer is a little....challenged. I've learned to make sure I have the exact part number when I call them. Also, if you have it on hand, I need the pump bracket assembly gasket part number. Are they listed somewhere in the FSM? Am I blind?

FSM= Factory Service Manual. How to do things.

EPC= Electronic Parts Catalog. Where things are

FSM will not have any part numbers. The EPC will not tell you how to do anything.

Gasket for the bracket: 77169-60010
Gaskets for the high pressure line: 90430-12026 x2
