New England salt & beach front driving have been taking a toll on my body panels. Mainly the wheel wells and dog legs.

Figured i'd put the hillbilly hat on and attempt to repair them.

Traced out, cut and welded replacement panels using 22 gauge steel. Using a vise to bend to shape.

I'm by no means a professional auto body tech and its not perfect but its better than letting the truck rot away.

This repair was done using;
- flux welder
- Vise
- Angle grinder/cutting wheels
- Pop rivet gun
- Drill
- Measuring tape
- Budwiser
- Imagination

A great cheap option for some of us dealing with body panel rot....
