SILVER Star
Thanks for reading and for any help you can provide.
I changed the starter on our 2011 Sequoia so the negative battery terminal was disconnected for a couple of days. Once everything was buttoned up and reconnected, the NAV screen/unit seems stuck, the screen does not switch to the backup camera when I put the transmission in reverse and it won’t go to any audio functions.
The message on the screen says no map DVD although it does have a map/nav DVD in it. It actually said this previously and we don’t care about the NAV or maps, but we use it for Bluetooth/audio input and for the reverse camera. The only thing that does work is the load/eject button so I removed and re-inserted the map DVD with no change.
Could not find anything in the manual or the NAV system manual.
Any help is appreciated - wondering if there’s a process to initialize/reset the head unit or if anyone has experienced this?
