Back side of Storm next weekend before the gates close on the 19th. How about it?

:popcorn::D

Sunday morning at JJ's at 8am November 18th?

Sounds cool! I will be in Salt Lake though...

Post up some great pictures.

Are they closing Kelly on the 19th as well?

I dunno, Kelly Flats should be open until Dec. Back route to Storm Mountain is usually open mid-October until 4th season-Combined Limited for Deer/Elk ends.

Is the backside any different than the front side? I didn't know there were multiple trails. I scheduled a volunteer EMT shift for Sunday so can't make it, plus the new little one might miss me. I ***might**** be able to go Saturday if the day changes.

This part is only open during hunting season, and it can be more fun if there's a bit of snow (not difficult). But on the snow/ice part, last year we got a completely open basically stock 80 through with nearly no problems. And if I have the gas money, plus get the time off depending on day, I will more than likely bring the truck out. The regular part can be the more entertaining part during snow due to steep hills and some ice in spots possible (ask Bob about when we had my jeep up the normal part in snow/ice :doh:).

Back side is more difficult than the regular way to the top of Storm since the homesteaders moved in.

Jeeps have no place on the trail alongside Toyota's. :eek:
