Greetings guys! Wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nick, I live in Norcross, Ga and resently got another cruiser (94 FZJ80). Back in college (Auburn, WAR EAGLE) I had a 60 and use to wheel with Land Speeder. Actually sold it to Ben Garcia up near Calhoun,GA, I think he wheels with ya'll, but I know he wheels with a lot of guys in Cottonland. Just wanted to say hey so when I post you have an Idea of who I am. Here is a pic of the recent addition to the family:

Glad you had no problems finding our little corner here on mud! I look forward to wheeling with another 80 here in GA!

What color is it? I saw a green built 80 (dunno if toyota or lexus cause it was dark) last week on North Berkely lake near the Wal-Mart in Duluth.
 
Not me...black with silverish bottom....like smitty.
 
Welcome aboard. Yea we know Ben and he's a great guy (if you're into that sort of thing), like his 60 too. We're hitting Morris Mt. next week, come out with us.
 
Very few people will admit knowing Eric...lol

Hey Nick,
Welcome back to this madness of a hobby. Im out of commision for a bit I've got the front axel torn apart right now, and need to get a few more parts before I get everything buttoned back up shouldn't be to much longer we'll have to get together at one of the upcoming club wheeling events. Till then :beer:.
 
I am hoping to make it to some meetings and see you guys on the trail. I went to Gulches this weekend with the Up State guys and I met Smitty up there in his 40. Had a great time!
 
I am right over in Woodstock, I have an 80 with some stuff on it.

Ive heard about your 80 "with some stuff on it"...I actually just posted up a question about my CDL in the 80 section. It wont engage when i put it in LOW. Any good insight on that?
 
It is stuck from not being used...if you test the circuit and it is getting power it may just take a little effort to remove the actuator and exercise it.

I live at Spalding and Medlock Bridge near Norcross High...Where do you live in Norcross?
 
I drive by there weekly, In fact I was just there yesterday. Sorry I've missed you.
 
I live in the apt. behind the Magnolia Bakery and the Marathon gas station, so you cant see my truck unless you are looking for it.
 
We should get together some time, do you also work in the same area?

As I'm sure you've seen we're going to Morris Mt this coming weekend, a meeting on the 3rd and a Dawsonville (about 30-40 mins. north of you.) run Feb 21. You're welcome to hit us up any time.
 
I was planning on trying to make one of those rides. I went on a ride (first ride in the 80) this past weekend and found out that the CDL doesnt work right, so I have to take a look at it before I take it wheeling again. I am going to look at it this weekend and see what I can fix.

I actually teach at Summerour Middle over at Mitchell Road and Buford.
 
I know about where that is, I wasn't 2 miles from there yesterday. I have a few customers and a vendor right off P-Tree Ind. and Holcomb Bridge area.
