Replacing the seals on my back doors today.
I can't believe I didn't notice this before, but the PO put a bolt in place of where the door pin should go. It was bent pretty bad and can't believe it was still shutting fine.

Edit: Part numbers are as follows, I believe:

Pin Back Door Check# 68617-90K00
Base, Back Door Check# 68611-60030
Check Assy, Back Door RH# 68617-90K00

Grommet / Bushing inside the Check Assy, does NOT look like it is sold separately, unfortunately.

Plastice Grommet for RH Back Trim Cover# 90189-04088

Just an update, unless you want to spend the money for a new door check, a 1/4" Nylon Flange Bushing will work in a pinch for .25 cents. It is pretty darn close.

Latch cover attaches nicely with the proper Grommets as well.
