Prices are starting to drop here in Victoria. Diesel topped at 2.25 here at one point. It's much better now than it was.

Fortunately Columbia fuels sells everybody unmarked diesel so they can mark up the price and make more money, F-ing scammers. So everything I usually salvage is unmarked.

So you have two 1200 L tanks you fill up at home and dispense at your own leisure? For off road use only, right....lol.

For convenience I’ve got a 21 gallon tank attached behind my 40 rear axle to dispense fuel for equipment & for off-road use only.

Well I thought I might as well try to do it half ass right. Swiss cheese, I know. Ghetto fabulous tarp show, this is luxury to me.

By the way the rear sill was great workmanship but on the other hand I could have done a better job building the side corners myself. Very poor quality.

I really did think about making those god dam ribs into the sheet metal. Unfortunately with my full steam ahead attitude I didn't. Its mostly covered by the roll bar anyways, that's my excuse. Its not prefect, but its skookum!

Well that was a fabricating marathon. I ain't perfect but dam it will solid again. This $30 dollar tarp is making my life easy!!! Body work and rain do NOT go together.

I decided not to recreate the flange on the inside edge of wheel wells so I just welded it. Dam purest are gonna be hatting. But why would I recreate something that was a fail to begin with?

For some reason I want to stripe the roll cage supports and make em purdy again. Dam mud traps these things are.

First coat, I think I'll have to do a second layer of bondo as I can feel a couple high spots. If you can feel it, you'll see it!

I conquered this side today. Well I real should have taken out the corner window to do a proper job... oops! Im just recovering from a 3 day bender on Covid. It finally crossed my path. two and a half years of not getting sick and then twice in two weeks. Sorry for the progress delays. I shall shift to warp speed from now on it.

Lookin good! Are you planning on going blue paint when it's ready?

Hope you feel 100% soon. We held out too until February. I think everyone is getting it whether they know it or not to be honest.

If you insure your 60 and want to do some wheeling some weekend still, let me know!

It has gone through our house once now… I’m hoping we don’t see a second round. My wife and daughter both tested positive… no one else did. I did a bunch of tests, but never tested positive… but I’ve been wiped out worse than I have in a long time. I suspect my immune system kicked into overdrive to keep it at bay… because I’m certain I was exposed before we knew each of them were sick. I almost hope that’s the case as I’d rather not go through it (again?).

Hell yeah.

I hate painting, just for the sake of having a shiney paint job.

My 40 has at least 5 shades of green rattle can.

Was looking for one that was close, a good sun bleaching usually brings them together.

Just need to wait a few years to see if it's worked. I'm ok with that timeline 🤣🤣
