With enough time, money or manpower all is possible.

A standard 37 is probably made for 10" wheel, could modify a stock wheel to work.

OMG, that is freaking ridiculous and cool at the same time.

Bought myself this retro thing they call a "CB". Can you believe it? It'll be like ordering fast food when I'm trying to talk to people on the trail! Awesome. Haha.

The same CB I bought when I was informed that I needed one to run with the club.....only to show up to my first run to find a bunch of rig equipped with HAMs. Think I was the only fully functional CB that day. :D

Been wheeling with a few new people lately, figure it's time to get another CB- plus the fact that its a club requirement and all. Figure this one will be a good fit. I'll keep it tucked away in one of the many Crown Royal bags my wife provides me when it's not in use.

Hooked it up today and connected an SWR meter to it- the reflection was way high. Checked the cable with an ohm meter, and it turns out the antenna cable I tore my interior out and worked so hard to install in my rig is shorted out somewhere. Awesome. That's what I get for using something I found in my garage. Should have installed a new one from the start. :)

I bought a Uniden 510 to replace the one that I've had for 15 +/- years, which broke two years ago. I kept it in hope of finding a local CB shop to repair it (I suspect its a diode or something simple). Any suggestions for CB radio repair?

Hey - This message is for Ryan. Can you please bring a bunch of the Colorado Land Cruiser stickers to the meeting tomorrow night? I want to buy a few to share with some other clubs who have sent me stickers for my rig. Thanks. Please hit me back to acknowledge that you got this. I need at least two of the long ones and two of the small, round ones.

Anyone need tires? Discounttiredirect is taking $100 off of $400+ purchases. Instead of buying 4 in one order, just buy 2(at least $200 each) and then another 2 and save $200 total. I think you can do that up to 3 times. Free shipping, ends today.

Malcolm just called me. It's 55 is stuck at old ranch and Voyager at the Academy Christian church. If anyone has time this morning Thursday and wants to go help, be sure to take a shuttle because it's buried up to the frame.

Last Sunday the 20th we were at The Banks north of Canon City. A guy with a Honda CRV had blown a tire and tried to get over to the edge to change it. Ended up high centered front to back. I was alone. Gave him a pull but his front tires would not bite enough to steer him off the edge. About then a group of nine vehicles came along. Used a snatch block to get an angled pull on his back end plus me with a strap and got him back on the trail.

Bumped into a couple of guys from here at the Banks parking area.....I do not recall their names.
