autocad files for the 60 series (1 Viewer)

did anybody figure out a way to make these files work with solidworks?

which one are you after. I put the Land Cruiser into Inventor and have scaled it to size. I can save it as a STEP files and get it to you. The STEP will work in Sworks.

Hi guys!

I would also love to have a copy of the step files or the Inventor files. If anyone would like I can later on convert to most CAD-formats.

Caveat! I have not tried any of these links yet... just googling at work. But will soon try! To put them in one place I thought this was as good as any.

I was originally looking for tires for this CAD file I opened in solidworks.

Dang that site looks like it has some great content! Way to go finding it!

Unfortunately, it is $150 to download 5 "non-free" models (and the FJ62 and a random wheel were not free) ;( You mentioned d/l'ing at work, do you have subscription?

I have a sketchup model kicking around at home, not sure export options, but I will u/l tonight for the group.
 
:bang: Grr... Sorry no account. And now that I tried, I couldnt actually download anything after creating the 'free' account.

Some (nothing usefull it would appear).... are 'free' they say to download. the fj60 purple dinosaur I believe is free and may be this same CAD file being shared here.

Whilst I've not had my HJ60 for very long only a matter of months, I plan to do a lot to her.

I will be making a winch bumper for the front, and heavy duty bumper for the rear, and various other protection for her
As well as, custom suspension parts such as Spring shackles etc.

Anything I make I am quite happy to share all CAD drawings I produce, they will be in a CAD neutral format, either IGES or STEP.
I use Catia V5 for my design work, by the way, if anyone is interested ;)
