ARB Mounting Questions. (1 Viewer)

Hey Guys

I ordered most of the stuff to put my new (used) rig back together from the fender bender condition that i bought it in but i had some questions/concerns about the ARB bull bar mounting.

The frame of the rig is fine and nothing got bent except for those little fairly thin stock bumper mounts

Both of these are pretty much destroyed

and

Are these needed to install the ARB? Should i order new ones?
