Picked up a new arb front bumper and when installing on the frame rails the outer edge of rail hits outer edge of bumper sleeve. I believe with a littler persuasion the bumper will go on but not sure if anyone else has encountered this and what they have done

I had to use a little persuasion when I installed mine.

thanks. It such a small amount I think a little persuasion will work

I grinded mine just enough to get it through. It went in easy peasy after that...

If the frame rails are a bit wide, ratchet straps can help squeeze them together.....that way you don't have to hammer/damage anything.

Thanks, now that I think about it I think I did that also plus the use of a big rubber hammer

Funny, that's what I was gonna do! Thanks.

yep, I needed to use a LOT of persuasion to get mine on. I also ended up grinding a little. To me, it appears to be a manufacturing quality problem with ARB, like their fixture is off a 1/4".
