I unplugged my JP50 and left it unplugged the whole day. I just plugged it back in and the noise is still there. I haven't gotten any answer from Lu or whoever answers to those two numbers. I'm hoping to get an answer tomorrow.

The after sale phone number is the same number I texted, so I'll wait a bit and see what happens.
BTW, the JP50 is the same price I paid for on Amazon right now without any coupon. So basically I just saved only on the tax (if tax is charged) by ordering directly from ICECO.

I was about to share this; there is a sale on the JPs on amazon right now. Looks like they are trying to push them out before TR release.
People waiting on JPs should take advantage of the sale, as it is a really good deal on some solid fridges.

So it's even a lot cheaper than I got mine for lol. I'm even more disappointed now.
I don't know how long this will be up on Amazon. If anyone is on the fence - I don't think it gets better than that price.

Yours was the best price at the time you bought it and these things only get discontinued/go on clearance every once in a blue moon. They are a good price at both prices so let’s not be Debbie downers here boys. You paid less than most, so focus on that rather than the fact that you paid more than some.
This is to the people sending me messages about JPs being cheaper on amazon now as well. If GB was active I’d get Lu to price match, but comparing active sale to one that’s expired is not a fair comparison. When GB is active our prices are lower than others, or at least price matched lowest. I don’t want to hear anyone a few months from now saying “hey someone else is selling 1 model for cheaper than our GB price”.
I understand this and I'd be happy with the price i paid if I had a properly working refrigerator, but unfortunately I still don't.

I don't think the price I listed is what anyone intends it to be. The workaround is that the coupon will still apply to the ICECO price. I believe its supposed to be applied only to the Amazon PRIME price of around 500.00.
This is why I said if you are interested in these models, I'd act fast. I expect they will honor the price -- but I don't expect this loophole to last. Just my .02.

Thanks for understanding bud, and we will get you taken care of don’t worry. I do apologize for the experience though, you definitely ran into more issues than most. Shipping delay is likely COVID related but the whistling noise was just unfortunate and at least 1 in a thousand chance. Maybe shipping company damage or maybe it left factory like that, who knows. We will get it sorted out though.

I will update title to point to amazon for JPs, thanks for sharing we really do appreciate it! Anyone else finds a better price anywhere else for any models, please let us know here. When Gb is active we will work on price matching what isn’t already a great price, but when inactive we rely on members like Cypher here to point us in the right direction. Much appreciated bud!
In case anyone is interested, I started a GB thread for weBoost and Wilson Pro cell Boosters as well last week, in case you guys needed something else to spend money on while waiting for Lu to free up time for another sale for us! It’s usually at the top of the GB sub forum, next to this thread.
