That is a very well kept rig. Radiator has been replaced, so for only 125k miles, why that needed to be done makes me curious, especially on the old 3FE. Other than that, that has to be one of the cleanest early 80s I have seen, but these people need to come back down to reality with their pricing. I wonder what he would take for it CASH

A guy called me last week before I sold my 100 and said he went and looked at the 92, he said it was a lot rougher in person. He said the guy wouldn't move much on price and said it wasn't worth it with what needed to be done. I'm thinking serious about buying another 100. I found a white 99 with rear locker and 198,000 miles. I pulled the VIN on the Toyota Owner site and looks like it's been taken good care of. Has brand new Michelins and looks to be in really good condition. Timing belt and water pump will need to be done but he said he would take $7500, I think if I take $7000 cash with me, he'll take it. Asking price is $8200. I kind of miss my 100 already but I think 1999 was the best year for the 100 series. You get rear air and rear locker option. The 1998 had the rear locker option but no rear air and you need it with a vehicle that big.

Rear air is not needed in an 80. That's what the window sliders are for....

Who in the club is comfortable tearing apart a 40 rear axle? Mike is fixing to rebuild both the front and the rear on his 40 that is in my garage.

I've mowed twice already. Ugh. Let the games begin.

Momma loves mowing. She mowed yesterday :p

Hey guys, I'm looking for a steel yard in town, or just a place to find some angle and sq tube?

Triple S steel on Beverly rd. It's kinda close to East Towne mall.

Exactly who I was going to recommend.

I recommend seeing Randy Heflin at Speciality Metals off of Scottish Pike. It's down off of West Blount Avenue. Great guy to deal with.

Thanks guys, I'll give botth places a call!
