Anyone tried to fit the sPOD 6 switch modular (for Tacoma) in the lexuslink panel?

They fit in the Tacoma inside the sunglasses holder but I've never had a Tacoma for reference. I'm not sure if it's close to doable or not.

i am pretty sure the sunglass holder on my tacoma feels a little larger than the lexus. not 100% sure but it just seems like it is.

I'm tempted to try and make it work by cutting the entire lexuslink/sunglass holder out.

I would be that it would work. just depends on how much is under the plastic really
