Anyone phsically go to Cruiserparts to pick up parts?

Anyone gone to pick up parts at www.cruiserparts.net .
I wanted to drop by and pick up all the parts I need personally at there shop. Anyone on this board gone there in person? I'm asking because they are extremely difficult to reach...no voicemail...and take alot of time to answer emails. I was going to drive down...but I don't even see there address...only its in NH.

I picked up a tranny about a month ago on the weekend. Very nice people but the road there sucks.

I flew up there once to pick up a body panel. Nice people, but I hear they moved since then.
