Return Line: You will need to drop the tank and replace the pick-up tube. You need to install one from a HJ61. I have a part number if you want.
The lines have specific functions, if you connect the return to the breather your chassis will be pumped full
Dropping the tank is a terrible job (now it will be easy when you do it), the inspection hole in the cargo bay gives acces to the fuel sensor (empty-full)
Just make sure you dont mess up the bolts (they are special japanese style) and enter them perfectly straight or they will not grab the thread.
Fuel pick up in the corner, rusted and never cleaned it might be a disaster to get loose?
