anyone know the part number or interchange for a bj70 a/c compressor?

I wonder if it's the same compressor that's on a BJ74 (13B-T)?
 
My compressor (1987 BJ74) has a slow leak and I am fairly sure I have sourced one that will work. ( I will simply install my 24V clutch on the new compressor )
I will get the manufacturer and part number tomorrow if you want it.
 
I think an 88320-01011-84 may work. That application is for an 85-87 4Runner. It has the same part numbers for the front and rear heads as well as the center housing as does the BJ60 application.

My FJ73 compressor was the same as one from a Toyota Cressida of the same years .I would start by comparing american FJ60 compressors.
Part numbers maybe different but it will probably work any way.
You would probably need to swap the clutch over.

part number for BJ70 and BJ60 compressor 88320-60170
 
88320-60170 shares the same housing and end plates as 88320-01011-84, which is live in this market.
 
Roma how did the reman unit work?

I'm looking at a new compresor for my bj74. Apparently there is a compressor sans clutch available but would be better to find the whole deal.

Please let me know!
