Anyone know how to remove a sunroof? (1 Viewer)

Hey Guys
I've got an 85 High roof 60 with a factory sunroof (australian). Its getting pretty rusty (along with the rest of the car!!) and I want to take it out, grind/ respray etc. and then put it back. Does anyone have any experiences taking one out or know where theres instructions on how to do it properly?
I'd really hate to have a 2 foot hole in my roof permanently!

The factory Body and Chassis manual has a procedure for removing the sun roof. If you don't have the manual you can download it from birfield.com

I've actually managed to get it out now after much fiddling and then just plain heaving, but I'd love to get a copy of the manuals.
There is a frightening amount of rust in the damn thing, pulled it out and just thought Oh no. what have I done!!
I think I can fix it though, I'll keep you posted.
