Stop makin out with your pets 
I have one beagle that does it, out of three. Only when you scratch his back right below his shoulder blades. It tickles like crazy. I think it is a way for them to show thier effection.
Neither of my beagles do it, they just look at you like the creator if you scratch that itch.
My pitbull does it when you scratch his but. My girlfiend just brought a new bug eyed boston terrier home from the humane society. She is so little and weighs like 15 pounds. My dog weighs like 80 and when they play he nibbles her body like that. I guess it feels good because she lays on her back and closes her eyes.
I've got a German Shepard that every time I brush her she seems to think she should return the favor for the grooming and "nibbles" at my arm hair and beard. Funny part is it's not at the same time, she waits til I'm done and we're sitting on the couch.

I've stepped on & tripped over my heeler so many times.... its a wonder that neither of us have broken a leg yet.... knock on wood.
