fan bracket...i just posted the same video about 2 weeks ago. part is about $300 from Aisin, labor is a lot, unless you know how to change it yourself

Fan Bracket is not $300 it is a $117 from amazon.
A test is take the drive belt off and spin the fan to see if it is making the noise.
If you are close to time to do timing belt and water pump do it all at same time.
