Mine is not where the manuals say it should be, i.e., next to the hood release. TIA.
 
Really stick your head under there with a flashlight. That button looks like a little valve stem cap almost and is very inconspicuous. It is also not facing out at the same angle as the hood release but is more perpendicular to the floorboard if I remember correctly.

If you mean the LT275/70R18 (33x11.00R18) 125P Load Range E Toyo Open Country M/T tires on a 200 series Land Cruiser, then the Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure is 41psi Front/Rear.
