Anyone do Broken Arrow in Sedona with their 200? (1 Viewer)

Curious to hear from forum members that have done it. I am not too worried about the downward steps (devil's staircase) but more the first gate keeperish step up in the beginning. I am almost certain it will be fine, but having the lady with me on a relaxing weekend, I am looking for that fine balance of fun for me and fun for her at the same time.

I've got a toughdog lift, 33" ko2's, dissent front/rear bumpers and bud built sliders/skids if it helps.

I did it in a rented Jeep Wrangler twice. I wouldn't hesitate to take a 200 with sliders through there. I didn't see you list sliders, but that would be my only requirement as some of the ledges might get a little close in the middle.

It seems like a can't miss trail. I've wanted to do it for a while and the lady and I have a rare opportunity for a weekend away without kids. Might be wishful thinking to get a trail day in, but we will see.

I actually built it specifically for Cruise Moab haha, maybe next year I finally make that a reality.

I did Broken Arrow last year stock except for larger tires. No lift, still had running boards. I was very careful obviously and the only issue I had was going down the steps. I was a little too far to the right and scraped my running board on the rock. In hindsight I could have used the camera on the mirror or found a spotter but didn't think about it at the time. I also very lightly scrapped the hitch cover and right bumper cover somewhere on the trail.

It is a fun trail with some nice features. The only negatives are it is fairly short (but the main fun features are on a loop and easy to do multiple laps) and it gets busy with the Jeep Tours. Since you're going in the summer (HEAT), I'd get on the trail early to get ahead of the crowds and the heat.

Aspiring 200 owner here. Two weeks ago I took the moderately built-up GX on Broken Arrow. No issues, and KDSS won the day. I also guided a buddy's stock Raptor through there; a truck with an endless wheel base and breakover of a Corolla in that configuration. No problem with the gate keeper. All the weird stuff, just hit the big dips as diagonally as you can and let the KDSS do the work. He had one minor trailer hitch strike, but that was mainly due to too much momentum. Watch the mirrors, because some of the trees will be tight. 100% doo eeet.

Did broken arrow couple of weeks ago, pics below.

Advice - try not to go fri/sat/sunday, tons of traffic and pink Jeeps clogging up the one way road. If you have to go on a busy day, go early. Gatekeeper wasn’t an issue in AHC on high with 33 inch KO2 — I think your lift and same tires would have similar clearances as me.

we did it a few years ago in a bone stock land rover LR4 (with stock 19" rims and cooper zeon LTZs in stock size) with suspension raised to the offroad height and were completely unscathed except for some shrubs rubbing against the paint - some parts of that trail are narrow. with your build, you should have a blast. Not sure if you have done this before, but we came down into sedona from the schnebly hill road (an offroad trail that heads down from the hills into sedona) and timed it to catch the sunset on our way down. Its beautiful and the hill road was great too. BTW - I consider myself a novice. Have fun!!

Another +1 for the fact that you will be fine with your set up. When are you planning on running the trail? We are planning to run it in the next few weeks. If you are running it sometime after that I can give you another report of trail condition, in particular the gatekeeper after we complete our run of it in the 200.

Did it in my Stock T100 with bigger tires. You should have no issue. Go Tue thru Thur unless you love a crowd.
