40 x 16 / 17 Super Swamper LTBS - Set of (4) - $895 OBO

Please pass along the word if you know someone. Thanks!

I have a set of (4) 40" LTBs for a 17" rim for sale. These tires are currently not being produced and are very difficult to find used and even harder to find new.

If I were to guess, I'd put them at 65-70% tread. Centers have been grooved in half by previous owner. Even wear, and rock rash is not bad.

Pics after I get home this weekend. I have a tread depth gauge and will use that as well.

Location: Hot Springs, AR Price: $895 OBO

welder

I'm going to tip-toe into the market for a welder. My carport is wired for 220, as there was a water heater in there when I moved in. Haven't looked, it's probably 20 amp, yeah JRob? Will that do for the blue box that is popular with the club (Jrob, Lenny, Lash).

Anyone looking to upgrade? Otherwise, CLC please start keeping an eye out for a deal if y'all don't mind. Good shape used is good for my pocket.

Miller 211 Autoset is a beautiful thing. Runs on 110, 220, 221... whatever it takes.

You can keep my old stick welder over there until you find something fancy.

I'm not positive about a 220V welder, but 20A doesn't sound like it'll be big enough.

Water heater should be at least 20 amps. I believe the welders are 30 amp tho. We can check the wire size and if big enough we can throw a 30 amp breaker in. Shouldn't be a big deal.

You should be fine using existing wire since NEC article 630 applies to welding equipment.

30 amp is all you'll need for a Millermatic 211. Should be fine for Millermatic 210/212 since you're not going to be running it a full output.

some discussion here about article 630.

Greg,

I'm guessing you already have the correct wiring. I believe code for 230V electric water heater is #10 wire and a 30 amp breaker.

You can have mine for a lot less than that. Like 7k off.
