Greg ran them on his 60....same axles as a 40. The larger size of the rim will clear all the axle components nicely but it may need a small spacer in the rear to keep from rubbing the tub.

negative...you will need at least a 1 inch spacer to clear tie rod ends.
I thought that was the case when you ran a 15" rim but not a 16" rim. I have never done it so you are surely right.

I know... I posted a set of four and have had zero hits... so I'm keeping them. They're getting a set of clapped out 32" BFG AT's on them for the 91... or I'll leave the steelies and 33's on the 91 and use these FZJ's as rollers...
