@dnp , that sounds like an 8274-predecessor - the Bellevue winch. Unfortunately, they're not anything I could use. Thanks anyway!

I saw that. I was hoping for the brake parts, but it's not a deal killer I guess.

The backing plates are bent - are they functional or just dust covers?

Those look to be just your average dust shields. If bent the wrong way (contact with rotor), they howl like banshees in the night.
