I need to order some seat gears and light tabs from Gamiviti by Tuesday evening. Anybody need anything and wanna split shipping? FYI If your 80 seats don't move forward to back anymore, you need either the white caps, gears, or both. NLA from Toyota. This is the only source for these.

Yes. One of them cracked after install. Probably because it started going crooked when I pressed it on. I'll definitely heat the gears in water this time instead of relying on solar heat and residual heat from the shaft removal process. The first one went very well.

I had the same thing happen to me. A candle or heat gun works well, I used a spark plug socket and tapped it on with a hammer. A vice might be better, but heating the gear is critical. I've had to do 2 different gears on both seats, with mixed success.
