Anybody know who has the con ferr spare tire gas can adapter?

Anybody know who has an adapter like the old con ferr spare tire gas can adapter that will fit a later fj40 bolt pattern? I've found the adapters for jeeps... having a hard time with our bolt pattern.

I have one, its used. I have the piece from the spare/lug that extends out and then I have a vintage dick cepek jerry can holder that attaches to it.
