Anybody have an Ironman lift?

I've quickly re-read through this thread and see a lot of wacky numbers for lift heights. IronMan springs come in 2", 4", and 6" lift heights. There is no 3.5" kit or any other permutation. I assume folks are giving their total lift heights which will vary greatly depending upon the starting height and weight carried in the truck. This adds to the confusion IMO.

I've been running the IronMan 4" kit for a while now (installed April, 2010) and I still love it. Great product.

I've had my 2" kit for 18 months now and find it more compliant than the one kit my buddy runs, the lift at the rear is more like 2.5 inches. When I put un the winch bumper and 12000 lb winch the front dropped by about 1/4 inch. Love it:cheers:

Well I'm probably adding to the confusion as I'm running my ironman lift on my 4th gen 4Runner. I was thinking the question was do you like your ironman lift?, but I can see it was more specific to 80's. There is a 3" lift for the 4th gen 4Runners cause I'm running it, but obviously not for the 80's. Sorry for the confusion. :)

Anyone running the 6" kit? What do you think about it?

The one that sold me mine has the 6 inch kit. He told me that it looks good but he would rather run the 4.5 inch. He said that the 6 inch creates a lot of steering problems.

I installed my Ironman 4" a little over a year ago and I couldn't be happier. Mostly street driving here in Houston and it drives very smooth and offroad I'm very happy also. Only thing I added myself was a DC front driveshaft which does not come with the 4" kit Eli at camel 4x4 sells.
