I’d run it. Meets the spec. For $15 per 5 qt that’s a great price. If they have it local I’ll definitely switch.

It is made by Warren Distribution Inc (same as Supertech and Amazon).

Bottom line, is it will work fine, but I prefer the EP M1 as it has more PAO, and I stock up when they have their rebates, which they send by email and I e-deposit. Pretty easy. Penn Platinum and Valvoline are both Group IV PAO Base stock, worth buying if you can find a sale!

Try the Kirkland stuff out and do a UOI!

I think pennzoil platinum is group 3. I might be wrong.

I'm sorry but an $85,000+ vehicle and your worries about cheap oil??? I have a 2016 and change my engine oil every 5,000 miles.... sorry, but for me its not even a conversion to have... plus I use a factory oil filter too!

No one said they were worried about anything. All I asked for was an opinion on some oil. Sorry you were so offended.

yep .. stay with good oil , this is very low cost insurance for your engine !
so.. mobil 1 or Toyota oil , no less !

Looks like it meets the specs so I would think it's fine ...

Mobil-1 0w-20 made for toyota .. which most the tundra folks with the 5.7 engine run is another option

You can order mobil-1 from walmart.com delivered free (just like amazon).

Meets spec, so it’s perfectly fine to use and will give the 5.7 many years of reliable use.

Toyota dealer use bulk non brand name oil in there oil changes daily.....0-W20 is only synthetic.
0-20 is no longer only full synthetic. Many brands now sell a conventional/synthetic blend in that weight.

I do every other oil change 5000 mile interval. I have been buying mobil 1 at Costco and have not seen that Kirkland oil in my store yet. The other oil change is done at NTB and they do alignment check and fix if needed as I have 3 year prepaid on that. I and NTB rotate tires. I use Toyota oil filter. NTB uses their stock 0-20W and filter choice. I am not worried about NTB or their choice of oil. I have been using 5w-30 what ever was on sale in my 22+ year old T100 and no issue to date. I change the oil in that every 3000 miles or once a year. For last 10 years or so it has been more of once a year.

My Opinion for what it is worth is change oil and filter regularly and you will have have very long lived LC. If I see that oil in my Costco I will likely buy it for my next change. I am averaging an oil change about every 4.5 months.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use this if it meets spec. Kirkland makes quality products — good examples are golf balls (the original Kirkland golf balls were rumored to be manufactured by Titleist with Pro-V1 characteristics; not sure about the current model) and their 18 year old single malt scotch is not bad either for $50.
