I have an AGM battery and it looks like I need to up the voltage to charge it, but these guys are out of stock and who knows what their turn around time is with COVID.

Anything else on the market that will work?

MK3 Mini blade 7.5A

FWIW, I ran a Die Hard Platinum AGM in my 99 for 7 years and it was still running perfectly strong when I sold it. It tested at 90+% power after all that time. I did not modify the charging system at all. I just used my CTEK AGM-compatible charger at home every 6 months -1 year. If you buy and AGM battery, you need a proper AGM charger at home regardless of if you boost alternator charge voltage, IMO. A good AGM battery will last a LONG time, even when abused, as long as you give it a good reconditioning charge every so often. Boosting the alternator voltage won't replace the reconditioning charge that the good AGM chargers offer.

You can build your own with a diode and an add a fuse bank. Check post #23:
Alternator Voltage Booster

It costs about $10 or less in materials and a bit of solder.

That’s good to know. I’ll pick up an AGM charger. Have you liked the CTEK one?

Alt-S I believe.
