Any Aftermarket makes this FJ80 3FE heater hose?

steam, hot water, heat gun and/or springs can get you a good start.

Have you tried Japan4x4 yet?

Do you need the entire assembly (T pipe and hoses) or just the hoses?

Should be 5/8" or ~16mm for the hose going to the front or main heater pipes
and 1/2" or ~13mm for the hose going to a rear heater.

Does your vehicle have a rear heater?

Have you removed the complete T assembly with hoses yet?

Can you take a photo of the entire hose-T assembly (installed) and post it up?

TIP: if the hoses are still attached to the firewall pipes (heater pipes) you have
to be very careful to NOT pull and tug on the hoses to get them off the pipes
as those pipes can be easily damaged/bent/crushed.

You can use a short sharp blade (like a hobby knife with a scalpel type blade) to slice the hose ends
lengthwise in a few places then peel those sections back one at a time until the entire hose
comes off the pipe end.

Here's a photo of the T hose-pipe sub-assembly for the 93-98 FZJ80 models (87209-60290) for comparison:

Looks like all the heater hoses need to be replaced, has the heat control valve been replaced yet?

The FZJ80 T pipe sub-assembly looks like it may be a close fit (or be made to fit) to the 3FE, cheaper
however to find the correct hose sizes. There is a 100 Series hot water hose (87245-6A201) that has a 1/2" ID.
You can cut that hose to get one section with a ~45' bend and one straight section but you'd still
need the longest section of hose.

stedman@japan4x4.com is a source for parts in Japan, he might also
know where to find an aftermarket hose in Japan that is at least as good as OEM quality.

GATES makes both 5/8" and 1/2" heater hoses and have a division in Japan. If you go that route
be sure to use GATES GREEN STRIPE hose. GATES makes another Hose line (Safety Stripe) but the GREEN STRIPE is the better hose.
