I'm hoping to get up there for the day. Not gonna bring the 40 weatherman says chance of rain and the top is now off, so I'll be looking for a seat. Please post up what time to meet. Thanks, Gary S

Gary,

The plan is to meet at 8:30-8:45 and be ready to roll at 9:00. It looks like @fireball,@Crusha and me right now. You are always welcome to ride along.

Guess what moron is sitting in the Anthracite parking going lot wondering where everyone is?
Guess I should have paid closer attention to the date!

So you're out for tomorrow?

Yes sir, I'm a no go for tomorrow. See you guys next round.

Head is still not on the block. blah the 20th for sure!!!

Not gonna make it today. Weather looks to be bad anyway- thunderstorms predicted all day. Guess I ain't gonna get to Anthracite until the 20th. Stay dry today guys!

How'd you guys make out today? Get any pics?

Only pics were of an Anthracite parking lot void of Keystone Cruisers...until the 20th :p

Well I don't need to see those. I got plenty of my own yesterday morning!:lol::lol:

Trails not marked well, difficult to navigate, and the staff's position is that if your vehicle can fit down the trail, then it's open to you, including vehicles and ATV's, etc...
Looked fairly tame, but had a few rocky stretches where they were at.

I just checked the thread, and it was just like we experienced in September. Poorly marked trails, and a confusing map.

I still say we hit it for our next run and explore some more. I feel somewhat obligated to get to know this place a little better.

I'm hoping it will be a nice alternative to Rausch.

Oh yeah, apparently there is a Maplet app for Anthracite, so that could make navigation a bit easier...

Greg- I heartily agree. I have an idea where some of the tougher trails are- straight back the main road but quite a bit further than we fdrove when i was there alst time. I might be wrong on that but that's what mny friend who wheeled there before it was a park told me. We'll find the good stuff to be sure.....
