Built one based off of the Gamiviti design, but no fence because I wanted to keep a very low profile. I used: Gamiviti gutter towers, 3/4" square tube because I wanted to keep it light and most DIY's I see seem overbuilt. The mounting plates are 3/16" and the basket is made from 1/4" rod.
I welded it together with a Hobart Mig using .030 solid core wire and CO2 gas. Also, I bent the tubing with a bending die I made. Finally, I painted it with Herculiner--I would have rather used Line-X, but that s*** is way too pricey. More pics to follow. That's all folks!
