2000 LC shows 13v at the battery when you turn the key to start all the usual stuff happens radio goes off antenna stops going up but nothing clicks or starter does not turn over. when you release the key from the start position you can hear and feel the under hood relays clicking and going spastic, a few times if you tapped on them then the truck would start. Also all electronics like the clock and antenna will lose there memory so its like power was cut to them.

what relay would you guess needs replacing ? or is it a situation where I need to run the immobilizer bypass ? The sec light does go off but will flash sometimes not at a steady pace just random.

thanks

start by having the battery load tested, you can have good voltage and low amperage so just saying that you have 13 v is not really telling the whole story. start with the basics and go from there

I am more worried about the chattering relays it feels like its the abs relay. I don;t want to burn it down.

Start simple, will it start jumping from another vehicle? Plenty of times here peeps have said battery shows good, etc. and then it's the battery.
Good advice, also clean both posts even if they look good, finally check any visible grounds and clean if needed.

So as before If I hit the relays in the under hood fuse/relay box it will turn over STRONG and start and then a random amount of time latter trying to start results in nothing when the key is turned to start and then when moved to the on position the relays under the hood are crackling until the key is turned to off.

The battery is a few months old and tests good and when running the volts go to 13.5 or so. at idle.

Sounds like a bad ground. Check the connection at battery and the ground to the frame from the relay box
