Most important tool depends on the job! So trick question! However, most improtant tool to me is whatever keeps me organized and on track. At night it is lighting. During the day maybe an organized table or tool tray.

yes because the 7w spread light in the housing much better=better visibility than from other drivers than the 5w when backing out during the day time.
