That pc is the inner shell just ahead of the door hinges...thought it would be recognized, my bad.
And that view is what is seen from inside of cab.
Oh yea, year is '84 thru '88 p/u, '89 4runner.
Might be the bracket for a power antenna

Negative for antenna mount, that's on the other side.

Not for this one at least.
My blower housing, totally stock, hangs from above, underneath windshield.
Hmmm. Does the (steel) dash frame bolt up to it? If not, I've struck out.

Nothing this evening, next few days or so is fine.
I checked the cab on both sides there's no bracket like this. Is this on the inside of the cab?
