I have this striker but it's not the correct one, I believe it's the striker for below the door.

Have you looked at the online SOR catalog? They have like every part, and it’s part number there. A lot of times they are ready to purchase. Do you want a link?

I prefer a Toyota part number so I can purchase directly from Toyota. I get better deals through them going directly.

My ambulance door lock striker plate has a shim between the plate and the driver's side door frame. I don't think that is original equipment, but it does help with snugging things up as the weatherstripping ages.
